A:

Flomax (tamsulosin) affects the body by relaxing muscles in a man’s prostate gland. This eases the symptoms of BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia). It does not stop the prostate from growing. Flomax side effects include dizziness, drowsiness, headache, sleep problems, and abnormal ejaculation.
