1. Alzheimer’s destroys skills associated with memory and thinking.It’s a form of dementia that slowly affects your ability to think, remember and reason. This can make the simplest tasks extremely difficult, and interferes with a person’s daily life.
2. Changes in the brain are most likely the main cause of Alzheimer’s.Although there are still many mysteries about the disease, experts are learning more about how aging processes harm the brain.These brain changes include shrinking or increased inflammation.
3. Knowing the signs and symptoms of Alzheimer’s can help with early diagnosis.Symptoms will vary from person to person, but memory problems are usually the first signs of Alzheimer’s.
